Shipping
Our dahlia tubers will be shipped late April, after the risk of frost has passed. We do not offer early shipping. At this time, multiple orders will not be combined and will be shipped separately. The tubers will be packed in wood shavings or vermiculite for protection and insulation. International shipping is not available.

 

Refunds
If your dahlia tubers arrive damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours for a full refund to be issued. In some cases, a photo may be required. This guarantee is limited to the purchase price of the product only. Silver Bells Garden is not responsible for any loss or damage due to crop failure or weather.

Silver Bells Garden guarantees our tubers are healthy and correctly labeled with at least one visible eye. If you find your tuber was mislabeled, email us a photo no later than August 1st of the current growing year, and we'll gladly issue a full refund for your purchase.
